Yes, samples are free, but you may need to pay some express cost for the samples.
3.Do you develop any new designs every year?
Yes, every season there are new designs provided to clients by emails. New catalogue refreshed every year will be mailed or emailed to clients.
4.Can you customize our own products, including material, size, colour, style etc.?
Yes, you can customize your own products. We can make a sample for your confirmation according to your requirement before order confirmation.
5. Can our products with our own logo?
Yes, with your logo sewed onto your chair covers, overlays; or print onto the plates, invitation card, other gifts items.
6. What is MOQ?
For inventory items, no mini order quantity; for other items, would you please check our specific details for every item to get the MOQ. Any special requirement, talk to us.
7. How about payment?
For sea shipment orders, T/T normally; For small orders by air or by courier, WEST UNION, paypal will also do.
8. Is there any after-sale service?
Customer services will watch for your order once your order placed to our company, you’ll get emails for your order status termly until you get the goods at your hand.

9. How to do reorders?
For reorders, only need to advise us your original order no., we’ll find out your original order even it’s 5 years before. Will match for colors, designs then.
10. How to replace or refund?
If you find the items with quality problems, you only need to send a email to us, the email need including the information of order no. shipment date, problem description, quantity and photos. After confirmation of the problems, you’ll get the refund or replacement.
